Stopped in today before a round of golf and the concert tomorrow, and I was excited to see they were hosting a Customer Appreciation Weekend! The deals were great, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, and they were eager to help me find exactly the experience I was looking for. They were also giving away some awesome swag, and I ended up purchasing one of the coolest hoodies I’ve ever seen. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the entire team seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing. I actually visited when they first opened and wasn’t very impressed at the time. I’m not sure what changed, but whatever they’re doing now, they need to keep it up! I also read through some of the Google reviews and noticed quite a few comments about the store’s hours and closing times, so I decided to ask while I was there. For anyone confused, they operate on Mountain Standard Time (MST), even though they’re technically located in Nevada. Because Jackpot is a casino border town right next to Idaho, most businesses in town follow Mountain Time. Their current hours are: • Sunday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM MST • Thursday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – Midnight MST Hopefully that clears up some of the confusion for future visitors. The drive can be long and sometimes stressful, but these budtenders make it absolutely worth the trip. I’ll definitely be back!

my boyfriend and i were coming through jackpot, we stopped to grab some stuff for the road, website says open at 7:00 am, tried to go inside and it was locked and says 8:00 am on the door, just frustrating and false advertisement. 😔

They need to change the policy on identification. If someone has a paper id and a voided id that should be valid.
