Well I went there on the 3 of July. The place was empty of everything, cause of the holiday.

Almost 10 years of excellent customer service and product. I'm treated with respect and a VIP type of welcoming.

I've been a regular customer for years. And now, all of a sudden, only sales happen on weekends. I work in a restaurant and cannot get there on weekends. And now I'll have to go somewhere else much further away from where I live. I think that there should be at least one weekday where people that work weekends can have the same opportunities to buy things on sale

Hello , I am New to the medical dispensary scene. Unfortunately my experience has not been pleasant. This 420 I had shopped around New Hampshire for the best deals. I came across Sanctuary in Plymouth. They had a very good deal for $100.00 dollars so I made the hour drive up to pick up the product. After making it back home I tried a cart and it tasted awful, then another so I said it must be my vape. I ran down to grab a new vape at store and went back to try again. Unfortunately 3 out of five barley worked and the all tasted awful. It makes me very uncomfortable to have to confront someone but I felt it wouldn't be an issue. I called them and the first phone call they offered to replace them with a pre roll for the inconvenience. The next day before heading up to collect on a verbal agreement they called me and said because they work(mind you three didn't) we cant replace them. I wrote a letter to them not their website and I got a $25.00 store credit. Very unacceptable for the money I paid. Mind you this is used for medicinal purposes. A Family member of mine actually sold I dispose in Maine last year and when I told them about this they said (that's not very friendly or business oriented. This May have resulted in my last time in a dispensary in this State Unfortunately.

They lie. Period. Percentages are so off. I checked. The worst place to go. They actually don't know the difference between sativa and indica.

Prices and product are great! The tall guy with glasses and a ball cap has been very rude each time I’ve been however. Wish I caught his name

The strains they have are very good strains and smoke well, but other than that positive I got nothing. Their new patient deal is incredibly underwhelming. You can get 50 dollars off of you order of 100 or more as long as they aren't any sales for the mix and match deals. So I couldn't get it cuz I did a mix and match ounce for 150. Half the strains i got turned into dust just hand grinding it as shown in pic. They also are super overpriced. Out of state patients go to nh and maine for good deals and reprocity. I paid more than I would've full price in massachusetts and used a ton of gas to get there. The other surprise I got was they don't even do financial hardship discounts and they really should with those prices. There is zero reason for me to go there again.
