I've had a few hit and miss experiences here but most recently bought a vape that went defective shortly after opening. i didnt have time to bring it back the same day so brought it back the following day. i expected some push back trying to return a opend/used product but the lady at the counter was polite, understanding and exchanged it with no hassle. I didn't get her name but shout out to her shes actually changed my opinion on the store.

Be particularly careful at hackettstown dispensary here on mountain ave, read the expiration dates before you buy anything. The discounted products expire same day or day after you purchase. If youre a shopper looking for fresh buds that aren’t expired, do not buy the discounted products. Two friends of mine spent $45 each for product that expired that same day and they were not happy. First and Last business we give them :/

Very poor quality products that don’t last long at all. Disposable vape cartridge lasted less than half of the time that other 2 gram vapes last (maybe 0.5 grams worth of value). The dogwalker joints were very densely packed which caused them to canoe and burn unevenly. Everything looked very nice presentation wise, but quality and longevity were terrible. Avoid this place unless you want to waste money on poor quality products that don’t last. UPDATE: I tried expressing my concerns to the “manager” who said poor quality products aren’t a store issue and how they just sell the products. How can you run a business selling products that you don’t stand behind? I am going to file a report with the BBB and take them to small claims court because this place is a scam.

Usually a decent experience, but the customer service left more to be desired. I started off looking for a particular product listed on their website, the lady cashier said they were out and proceeded to list other products "available", so I told her I need a minute to look over the menu. The second cashier calls me up and I show the original product I asked for, the 2g disposable live resin cart, he proceeds to give me a 1g non disposable live resin cart. When I told him the mistake he got defensive. He then gives me what I asked for (the original item the first cashier said was out), but to my surprise the package was not labeled as live resin so I told him I want to get a different cart that is live resin. At this point he's irritated, doesn't offer my discount points he originally offered me to use and was completely smug about the situation that he was in fault for. Maybe I caught them on a bad da,y but older gentleman cashier needs a lesson on CS.

The dispensary is fine, but they need to display the expiration date on the deals because I paid $50 for an expired wax.
