  I have been a loyal customer of Smiley Exotics since they opened, visiting regularly twice a week. Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely disappointing. I was informed by an employee that the product I usually purchase had already arrived but was not yet entered into the system, and I was asked to return in about an hour once it became available. To avoid any inconvenience, I returned after two hours, only to find that the product was still not available. What was most concerning was not the delay itself, but the complete lack of professionalism in handling the situation. No apology was offered, and the interaction felt dismissive. The manager present did not acknowledge the situation or make any effort to assist, which was particularly disheartening given my history as a regular customer. This experience reflects a lack of organization and customer care that ultimately led to the loss of a consistent and loyal client.

  Very unpleasant experience. The staff member at the entrance (checking IDs) closed the door 10 minutes before the official closing time and was rude. Only after another employee stepped in was I finally allowed inside. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. The front desk staff definitely needs better training.

  I was a customer for this place and this past sunday night what a terrible experience. These people close everyday at 12mid and i arrived before 12 and a black woman with glasses was rude. I told her why she is closing so early, her response because she has to comeback tomorrow morning. We got into an argument where she became villent and threatening. She came from behind the counter and stating "what you wanna do, what you wanna do" she was walking towards me when she said this. She then followed me outside in the sidewalk and picked a piece of ice and threw it at me. Lucky she missed. I emailed the owner 2 times and no response. These people are crass and never will I go here. I put my review in google and they took it down twice, What a horrible woman that works there. Other cannabis places are way better than this disgusting place.

  Security guard is both delusional and disrespectful. Makes up imaginary scenarios then kicks you out the store after getting in your face. Way too egotistical. Don’t recommend unless you don’t mind schizophrenic aggressive people calling you out your name.

  had such a great experience at this dispensary. The weed is top-tier super fresh, potent, and you can really tell they care about quality. Every strain I’ve tried has been smooth, flavorful, and exactly what I was looking for. The staff is also very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect products. Definitely one of the best spots around. I’ll be coming back for sure! 🌿💨
