My daughter goes there all the time. I go there all the time. I might have left something at their store, but they won't answer the phone. This is ridiculous. Horrible customer service. I don't want to talk to Mexico. I don't want to talk to North Carolina or wherever ur call center is. I want to talk to 3dgewater, new jersey, The actual store, I go to. Answer your phone! Update: 7/29/26, i called for the sixth time and of course you get their call center even the call center admits they probably have their ringer shut off, but they did use chat to get a hold of the manager six times. I still have not heard anything back. 7/30 update: After the 7th call two edgewater parks call center, which is in another country. The call center message them for the seventh time. I still have not heard back. You will notice that this place will respond to the positive reviews. But i'm calling out the manager, where's your response for the negative? I'm calling out the manager and once I find out his name or her name, I will post it here. Answer your phones.I'm a good customer. My daughter is a good customer, My son is a good customer.
