Check your change before leaving out the parking lot. The tender today tried to get me for $65. This is Usually never an issue so I paid no mind to it until I got home. Luckily I called and made them aware of it as soon as I caught it. I had to go back and they did give me my money back, although what would happen if I never called to make them aware of a bud tenders slip up? Where does the money go? Liberty is a great dispensary and I never ever have any issue. Hopefully from here on out there aren't issues again like this. Just learn from me and take a minute to check the change you receive as well as holding onto the receipt.

Black guy opening the door was EXTREMELY hostile and rude. I tried to open the door when it was locked he got extremely upset for some odd reason. after i called him out on it he acted even more hostile. in no way should he be greeting people at a door with that horrible attitude. apparently that kind of behavior is encouraged because workers or manager didn’t bat an eye. horrible establishment. go to zenleaf in fairless hills they are always pleasant there

Make sure your order is correct. I lost out on $20 in credits because of it, was given 1/8s instead of qtrs, so when they redid it, they counted the $90 difference as a separate order. So instead of getting 15% back on $320, I got 10% back on $230. The credits for the $90 is a whopping 90 cents. If I would have known that, I wouldn't have spent that $90 and waited. Was looking forward to getting something nice with it, but the $23 isn't buying anything good at all

I had the worst bud tender so ignorant and brushed off all my concerns and acted like I was bothering her ! Avoid tori at all costs first time I didn't leave a tip . On top of it I asked if the manager could come over and she said nothing he can do for you lol . Come on and atleast put in a little effort to help a 100% mentally disabled veteran with questions don't just shew me away.

You might want to pick a greeter that’s not so condiscending and rude as the girl today at 12:30 If I wasn’t in a hurry today I absolutely would have walked out and went somewhere else.
- Ed WordMarch 26, 2026
Stopped here today because it was on the way from home from work, this place is a real mess, the prices are insane compared to my other dispensary, the employees are extremely rude as well. Won't ever stop here again.
