Terrible service, employee has no product knowledge. Do not shop here unless you know what youre doing. I clearly did not and nobody bothered to help me and they just wanted me out of the door. Go to easy times dispensary on coney island avenue and ave x. They are more beginner friendly and appreciate their customers.

This place is hands down my favorite dispensary. The store is always spotless, well-organized, and has an incredible selection of products and brands. Whether you know exactly what you're looking for or need advice, the team takes the time to help without ever making you feel rushed. A special thank you to Mabel, who is always so kind, welcoming, and professional, and to Samantha, who is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to explain products and make great recommendations. Their customer service is truly exceptional. What keeps me coming back isn't just the quality of the products, it's the people. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping customers have the best experience possible. If you're looking for a dispensary with great products and even better service, I can't recommend High Tidez enough. Five stars!

The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to make sure I leave with the right products. The customer service is unmatched, and the product selection is always great. I always look forward to stopping by. Highly recommend!

Expensive. $3 surcharge. Should be illegal. They swipe your debit card but do not tell you. They are using an ATM of some sort that is going to charge you an extra three dollars and then your bank will charge you an ATM fee. They did not tell me I was using an ATM whatsoever. They are just trying to get money and scam. I see you and if I find a way to report you, I absolutely will. Here is another one star for responding to me and lying. You know what you are doing and you need to be transparent with the customers and tell them that they are using an ATM when they pay for their product. In fact, you should just put the surcharge with the actual price of the product instead of giving somebody a surprise fee when they go to the cash register. You need to advise them that you will be taking six dollars and they will also receive a charge from their bank because you are not using a cash register, you are using an ATM and that should be illegal once again I hope that somebody important sees this review because you should be reported for this. You’re being greedy and unfair and I will never return.

Used to be a loyal customer, but just had the most awkward interaction with one of the managers. The wonderful associate at the kiosk was trying to help me re-start an order I placed that was cancelled due to an issue unknown to me. When we asked the manager for help, we were met with a really aggressive tone and condescending attitude. I was informed about an issue that caused all orders to be cancelled, but she continued to harp on and began to raise her voice at myself and the associate. We walked away and I tried to place my order, but didn’t feel comfortable continuing to do business when a store manager treats its customers and employees that way. Verbal abuse isn’t warranted anywhere, I hope no one else experiences this ill-mannered and flippant behavior when shopping here, but I strongly recommend you DO NOT order online if you want a positive experience.

When I first walked in the bouncer up front immediately directed be to the front letting them know I was a first time visitor. I was picking up some gummies and as a first time bonus they gave me a full tub of gummies completely free! Awesome place and looks beautiful inside.

Love the items the location has to offer, but could do without the condescending staff member today. I’m going to exhaust my rewards in my next and final visit.
