Had an ounce listed for $95 I paid for pickup came to get it and they gave me 14g because of their error then refused to make it right and gave me attitude when I wanted a refund. What false advertising you have! Thank you for wasting all of our time.

First time visiting yesterday. I spent more than I wanted to but the offerings were plentiful! They have discounts every day. The staff was so nice and patient and exceptionally knowledgeable! I can't imagine knowing all that! No notes, no cheat sheets. I had been going somewhere else, but I think I'll stick here for a while.

I’ve been going to plantopia since the grand opening two years ago, and there are no words to describe how amazing the staff is. They go above an beyond, their so knowledgeable, and wholesome. The staff was like friends/family to my girlfriend and i. We are moving down south and are going to miss this place so so much. They took amazing care of us, and we will forever come to them when we come to visit, and will forever promote the helllllllll out of this store!! No ither dispensary compares to this one. The prices, the quality, the staff, its just such an amazing place to go.

Doors do not open until 10AM. It’s misleading to state that you’re open at 10 on Google when it’s just for online orders. Especially given that the servers that your website is hosted on are absolutely terribly slow and practically unusable. Wasted time and gas getting here and it’s absolutely hell trying to pull out of the parking lot during rush hour. Edit: The delusional responses to constructive criticism here just goes to further show the lack of professionalism. Spend your money where they actually care.
