  Idk if it's the brand or the spinsary but I brought mpx gelato cake shatter yesterday n it was a waste of money melted couldn't even infuse my joints with it because of how melted it was never again this y I stick to my main spot to avoid shjr like this smh

  I genuinely like this company, which is why it is frustrating to continue having the same issues at this location. As both a medical cannabis patient and adult use customer, I expect accurate information, transparent pricing, and professional customer service. Unfortunately, my experiences at the Mays Landing location have consistently fallen short of those expectations. One of the biggest issues is pricing and website accuracy. Products are often displayed at one price online, added to the cart at that price, and then the total changes significantly by the time the order is processed or picked up. This has happened multiple times and creates unnecessary confusion for customers trying to make informed purchasing decisions. I have also encountered misinformation regarding products, regulations, and ordering procedures. Patients and customers should be able to trust the information they are being given, especially in a highly regulated industry where many people rely on cannabis for medical purposes. The customer experience starts before you even enter the building. Customers are frequently left waiting outside despite staff being aware they are there, creating an unwelcoming first impression and making it seem as though customer service is not a priority. I want to support this company because I believe in what it could be, but management needs to take a serious look at staff training, communication, website accuracy, and overall professionalism at this location.
