I absolutely love coming here. My visit today I met Rachelle who got me all checked in while I waited. Such a joyful and positive vibe instantly. Just so welcoming overall. I got checked out by Lisa today and she was absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, talkative, enjoyed getting to have a conversation and feel comfortable picking up my order. Rachelle and Lisa thank you for all you do at your job!!!

If you’re looking to find something specific be cautious. The terpene profile listed is most of the time not what you’re going to get. Different size packages from the same seller/same strain will be different and you won’t know until you buy it. So if you’re actually looking for medical use or you’re aware of something you need or avoid be sure to check the package before you leave! The staff isn’t always the sharpest either. I’ve gotten incorrect information a few times. But there is one or two people that work there that are competent and friendly. The curbside is a nice feature but I get a little nervous anymore doing it because there’s just been too many oversights.

Great product availability, Staff who are knowledgeable about products. Love the sales they have and the discounts they offer for various things. I’ve visited a lot of dispensaries in the time I’ve had my medical card and Beyond Hello is by far the best company all around.

Tyler was so helpful today when I came in! I explained what I was looking for and he got everything together for me and advice along they way! Great service and they were even running a promotion I got to tale advantage of!!!!

Two stars because their third party app they use (Jane) is not aligned with the stores actual operation. When explained to the store clerks, instead of being understanding they were combative. Not cool. Probably will seek other locations or use a different store because it mattered that much to me as a patient. Some people have disabilities and need to make alternate arrangements for actually going into the store - please change the app you use or have the hours on the third party app changed. If curbside is not open from 10am-11am est on Sunday and 5:00pm-6:00pm est on Sunday then it should NOT be an option to submit an order for that specific request. Screenshot for reference

Long wait times even when slow! Establishment does not understand that people want to be in and out. Staff are nice nasty. They think they are the only ones in town. They will never get my service again! Plenty of other dispensaries.

This place is incredible! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating. Bobby, one of the sales people, was particularly amazing.
