Had not 1 but 2 disposables that refused to work and they apparently couldn't find my order at all to help with those since there was apparently "no proof of purchase" but found every other order I made. I placed the order at the kiosk, and THEY filled it. How do you not have it in your system? Not to mention, they dont take card only cash so I couldnt pull up the proof on my card because I used their atm machine like I do every time. Very annoying considering they were a fathers day gift all on one order so i sent my fiancee in to let them know they were broken a few weeks ago and got no help. Threw em out and will not be coming back because the fact that I wasted $100 is unacceptable.

This smoke shop is so convenient and has a great selection. Perfect neighborhood place. Knowledgeable staff, welcoming feel, minimum wait time, ATM machines, parking, perfect location. I would recommend anyone to visit!

I changed my whole review because I have NEVER had a dispensary tell me that I could not use my points because the item was on sale! Hubby ordered two 8ths because of his points. Sale items are usually things that are not purchased or close to the expiration date! Ohm, and nirvana are small dispensaries in your area and have the same kind of flow and don’t rig their point system. I understand that business isn’t what you expect but bring back the kine bud that is consumer oriented. I never had this experience at Kine Kush.
