Been a weekly customer for some time now, recently purchased 2 disposable pens and they were almost completely empty when I opened them. I’m not one to normally complain but I contacted the store in order to replace or refund in which the manager Kate explained to me to come in and they would take care of it right away. I then sent my partner 40 minutes away to the store to do as such just for them to turn her way and deny anyhelp. They apologized claiming their new manager is new and didn’t know so they claimed they would have the inventory manager reach out the following day. AGAIN NEVER GOT A CALL. Very disappointed and will not be returning. This company is sadly unreliable watch what you buy.

Today was my first time at Altitude and this is now my top choice #1 dispensary. They have a great selection of RSO which is my preferred consumption method. It can be challenging to find RSO. I’ve been to several dispensaries that didn’t carry ANY 🤷‍♀️ I made a mistake on my online order and my budtender Rhianna was friendly and very helpful sorting it out. Their regular priced (not on sale) RSO is the best price I’ve found. Top that with my 20% medical discount OR 30% off if order is picked up before noon and I am one happy camper. I’m so happy I found this dispensary for my RSO needs. Altitude is a nice size dispensary inside so you’re not standing up each other’s asses like some other dispensaries. Great selection of products, regular sales, various discounts (medical, first responders, veterans, senior citizens, and more), friendly and helpful staff. They also have a reusable bag reward where you bring your own reusable bag and they put a sticker on it each time you come. Once you get 10 stickers you get $10 off your order. I love this because I’m all about recycling and every little bit helps the environment, plus you save money. They also have a point reward system. The ONLY negative to Altitude in my opinion is you can only purchase 1 oz a day. Even though I am a medical marijuana patient Altitude is a recreational dispensary so they go by recreational guidelines (which is different). Recreational in NJ is allowed to purchase 3 ounces a day in 1 oz increments. Some dispensaries let you do three back to back transactions. Some dispensaries make you walk your purchase to the car and then you can buy more. Here it’s one ounce a day PERIOD. No, I am not using an ounce a day. But I would much rather buy 3 ounces in one trip rather than having to drive there 3 separate days 🤷‍♀️ That’s the only negative in my opinion. Either way this is still my top choice dispensary 🌟 #1 🌟 I LOVE this dispensary ♥️ Also, Altitude has a large parking lot with plenty of parking

Paid $45 for a half gram cart, took one first hit of it and was happy with it, following that it barely hit that good and everytime i charged it, it would still be red. Never even got it to be fully charged and it’s already done, lasted a solid 3 days maybe, pretty disappointed

I placed a mobile order for 2 grams of rosin and received an email of confirmation. After driving all the way there I find out they do not have the item I ordered in a 2 gram container, do to a website error, but they did have a 1 gram container listed for $64 however at checkout I find out that the price was incorrect due to another error, nothing they could do… wasted my time and I left with nothing. I won’t be returning

Very good store w good management...nice selection and good prices ...I will however add that you should research any NEW products they offer THOROUGHLY before you buy them because the new " live rosin " 510 cart from GONZO FAMILY FARMS is NOT live rosin...In no way is this Altitudes fault. They didn't make and mislabel it to deceive people. Gonzo Family Farms did. Tastes like round up. They exchanged for some ILLICIT live resin. A reputable company....thank you !

There's another local place. But this one by far is my favorite. Everyone is so kind and inviting and the place just makes sense. They're so willing to help and fit any budget or need. And are willing to educate you every step of the way without feeling rushed.
