Impeccable customer service, knowledgable & helpful staff, excellent shopping options; from delivery to online ordering, everything is comfortable and easy in working with them. And they do work with ya! Extensive rec. and med. options, med card providers at specific location. Can't recommend enough, no need to shop around. R. Greenleaf all the way!

I had a great experience at this dispensary, and Deb was awesome! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Deb's excellent customer service is the main reason I'll be returning. Highly recommend this dispensary, especially if you have the chance to work with Deb!

Went to this location the other day. I was cashing in on my rewards (I spend a decent amount of money here and this is the only place I go..until now). Katie was literally tapping her fingernails on the glass while I was trying to look at your items and shop, making it obvious she was not present mentally and made it obvious she wanted to be rude. I also had to ask five to six times to explain the rules on the rewards that YOU guys make which she chalked up to a headache. I give that transaction a zero and I would like leadership there to know of the absolute poor quality of work and lack of help I requested while I was there. It literally made me feel like crap just for being there and ordering. I'm usually stoked as getting cannabis is one of my favorite things to do. I was having a horrible day as well and I just needed to get help with what I use as medicine. I don't use anything else. I might go back to certain people that will help me and treat me with respect as a human. I will not be suggesting this company to friends but I will share my crappy experience and how ghetto it's getting there. Staff there needs training on customer service and product knowledge. Very disappointed. The only nice people there are Carlos and the other Hispanic gentleman that has his own golf shirts/hats. The rest of the crew is checked out and top notch rude. Thanks.

I have been shopping here for several years. Went in with my son & was met with an apathetic woman, Michelle, who was not knowledgeable about the products, obviously didn’t want to be there. When checking out the receipt said there was change to be received. She said “no” I rung it up wrong. Funny, I’ve never been there where after using my debit card I didn’t get change back. Michelle couldn’t explain why. Horrible experience & will not be back. While mentioning to others to never go to Michelle. 5/27 companies looked up my sons contact information to review transaction. Couldn’t explain why the change due per receipt was not given. Not sure point of call but am done with R Greenleaf & Michelle.
