Patient and friendly staff. Week after week they have made an effort to figure out the best for my sick friend. And I am grateful.

I just have to say a BIG THANK you to Danielle. I really like how she took the time to listen to exactly what I needed. As a cancer patient, I have no appetite. But, Danielle found just the right product to help me out. The price was great as well as the product. They have all kinds of products to suit your needs. To the owner you did a great job hiring her and I can't wait to go back and visit!

used to come in a lot, bought a cart that was too large for my pen and they would not exchange it, despite not allowing me to open it in the store and check the size. they don't care about customer service and have contradictory policies. bad store covered in ai, to boot

I was assaulted by the security guard at this location, I walked into the location with my paper I.D because my plastic one was about to expire. I walked in with my paper I.D in hand and was met by a power hungry aggressive security guard. No paper I.Ds he exclaimed, i asked if I could show him another form of identification and was denied, I asked to speak to a manager and was told I couldn't speak to anyone other than himself. I have PTSD and stood there confused and didn't move for a few as I was thinking in my head. I told him please don't touch me and he came closer and I put my hand out and told him to keep his distance as he then grabbed my arm and forcefully placed it behind me and threw me out like I was some sort of scum. Don't go here even if you are a medical patient as I had my medical card at the time of this happening as well. They do not care about you or for your mental well-being.

Have been with this dispensary since the beginning so this isn’t a bad review, but the horrid AI window covers they have now on the front are the trashiest thing I’ve ever seen. Could have paid a real artist to paint something, or even just put up a nice curtain instead of the bizzaro mirror dimension version of Old Town they have now. A total eye sore. As a long time customer I’m super disappointed and not for nothing, the employees I’ve brought it up to are also super disappointed in it.

For the prices they sell their weed, you think they could afford not to put AI art on their front door

The budtender service was great. They were really funny and made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. They helped me find exactly what I needed without any stress. Overall, I’d definitely come back because of the great vibe and service

Has been the worst experience I’ve ever been to in a dispensary. I’ve been going to this dispensary since the day opened the lady changed my mind today that I probably will not step foot back in score 420 again due to. I felt like I was rushed and was very rude when I asked what they do for their birthday and rolled her eyes. If this is the people they’re gonna have in your establishment I won’t be part of your Customer Base.

Their selection is honestly one of the best I’ve seen. Everything is fresh, high quality, and they carry a really nice variety. I like that they have options for every budget without sacrificing quality.

I just have to shout out Dani at the dispensary she is seriously the sweetest! Every time I come in, she’s so kind and welcoming. Even when she’s busy working on something else, she still takes the time to run over, say hi, and check in on how I’m doing. That kind of genuine care really stands out. She always makes the experience better, and you can tell she truly enjoys helping people. Dani is an absolute gem! 💎

I had a great experience at this dispensary! Jayden helped me out, and she was seriously awesome. She was super knowledgeable and really took the time to understand exactly what I needed and wanted. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find the right products. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks again, Jayden!

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Lots of parking, super convenient for quick stop. Great selection of products. My favorites are the Aurora topicals! Help so much with my sore muscles and dry skin! The Rose & the Nirvana are fire!

I just asked a couple easy questions about the product/pricing. Nothing crazy or even acessive. They were answered with a rude tone and some pretty unnecessary attitude. I cannot get behind the poor customer service. Period. I will not recommend this place to a friend and will now be taking my business elsewhere to score my 420.

The guy running the counter sucks and is extremely unprofessional. The security guard is also a jerk and unnecessarily aggressive. When I brought this complaint up to the counter, they banned me from their stores. Terrible place
