Autoimmune Friendly !!!! I cannot express how impressed I am with their customer service and products, as well as having a beautiful and easy to access location. I can only use very specific products due to my medical situation and this crew went above and beyond to help find options that fit my needs. I now understand why I have met so many people that drive from Santa Fe just to go to this business. Thank you x a million!

My favorite location. Very disappointed today. Left without any purchases. 3 associates on the floor. One helping outside. When I pulled up he was assisting a curbside pickup. Walked in and only one register was active since the other was occupied by the curbside. 2nd associate tried to help but couldn’t and asked me to wait. I was looking around for no more than 2 minutes. Another customer walked in. 3rd associate who was helping a customer before me. Immediately helped the customer who walked in after me. Not feeling like speaking up for my spot in line. I left and came to Cottonwood Verdes. I don’t know why but minor inconveniences send me to other locations and I’m afraid I’ll have no more locations to go to. I really love this brand and atmosphere. Top tier dispensary in Albuquerque amidst these encounters.

I’m really happy that I decided to stop in for my birthday promo. I have had some troubling experiences at the San Antonio location TOO many times, that I have written Verdes off, until now. I have been vocal about my distaste for them, as a long time patient and consumer as a result of the San Antonio location. Today I went to the Nob Hill location to avoid any trauma lol and I was pleasantly surprised. I worked with “Rae”, and they were very patient and very kind. They took the time to explain some of the new and updated products, and I will definitely be back for some salve and gummies! I really enjoyed the vibe of this location compared to both Rio Rancho and San Antonio. With the decline and deterioration of dispensaries since Recreational Use, I will definitely come back to THIS location as a back up to my current loyalty to Boutique High. I hope they retain “Rae” as well, or at least promote her and utilize her to train other associates. I’m excited to try my goodies and excited to be coming back to this location. **Update 6/2026. Unfortunately, I had to update my five star review to a two, since the past month and a half at this location has just been a hot mess. I mean, even basic things like not reading the order receipt correctly when you place an order online, it’s just becoming too annoying at this point. Systems that were put in place to make things easier and more convenient for customers have actually done the complete reverse. Within the past month and a half I have had to wait exceptionally long times for an order that has been generally the same for over a year and a half now. Hopefully I can find another dispensary in town that provides a selection of baked goods. I’m taking a Break from Verdes.

Diana was lovely, prices are all 15% off on sunday. The 100mg cocktail is really good but tread lightly.

I had a nice experience at this location. I enjoy the products, and verdes is the only dispensary I go to in Abq. The employee who helped me out was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. I appreciate the deals they regularly have as well.

Aaron, Aaron, Aaron!!! He is amazing! Not only did he know a lot about the products, he also made my birthday (May 1st 😉) 100 times better than it already was! His personality and charisma is one of the best I've encountered!

I barely had like $9 in my pocket and the people at Verdes Cannabis literally covered the couple dollars that I was short. and on top of that they even let me get 2different options instead of getting the one option that I originally was going to get. I was short $1 for a 1g L and they were going to cover it. and before I arrived I asked if they had ½g L's and they said , "yeah c'mon in! and so when I got there and saw I didn't have enough I was going>ng to leave and they insisted that I choose what I wanted and that they would make it happen for me. and that's exactly what they did. A++ service! and the smoke was up there with the best of them as well. thank you guys!
