I wanted to update my previous review of Oasis Dispensary in Belen, because of the way they handled my concerns deserves to be recognized. After I posted my original review, the manager personally reached out to me to discuss my experience. During our conversation, he sincerely apologized for the inconvenience I had experienced and acknowledged that the situation could have been handled much better. More importantly, he took immediate action to make things right. He assured me that he would contact his representative to get me a Puffco Peak as soon as possible, and he followed through on that promise. A week later I received a call from the manager letting me know that two Puffco Peaks had arrived—a black one and a yellow one—and he gave me first choice of the color. I happily chose the black one. In addition to replacing my Puffco Peak, the manager also offered me 25% off my entire purchase as a gesture of goodwill for the time and frustration I had experienced. Initially, I wasn't sure the discount would make much of a difference, especially since I know I can't stack deals, However, I accepted the offer, and I'm glad I did. When I returned to Oasis in Belen, I left ecstatic. Along with my new Puffco Peak, I purchased 1 gram of RSO, a 1 gram live rosin disposable, 3 grams of live rosin, and 7 grams of live resin. I saved a little over $40 on products I was already planning to purchase, making the entire experience far more rewarding than I expected. What began as a frustrating experience ended up becaming an example of great customer service. The manager not only honored his word, but outdid my expectations by ensuring I felt valued as a customer. As someone who appreciates quality concentrates, leaving with a bag full of live rosin and live resin (if you know, you know!) certainly didn't hurt either. I also want to mention that I was initially nervous about returning to the Belen location because I wasn't sure how I would be received after my previous review. Thankfully, those concerns disappeared the moment I walked through the door. Every member of the staff was welcoming, and professional, making me feel comfortable. Because of the manager's accountability and his willingness to make things right, and the great customer service shown by the entire staff I am happy to update my rating to five stars. It's refreshing to see a business stand behind its customers and turn a negative experience into such a positive one. Thank you to the manager and the entire staff at Oasis Dispensary in Belen. Your accountability and great customer service have made me feel validated, and I look forward to shopping with you again in the future.

I hate when people dig in my pocket because the people paying them insist on it. It's very palpable that they are being directed to upsell and I don't spend money with companies that treat consumers like they're too stupid to understand that they're being squeezed. This is cannabis people. And, don't trust in anyone who brags about being true to New Mexico. I'd be less than surprised if at least a portion of people making money in our state don't even live here. I'll take the time to grow my own. Edited to add: The reply you guys gave me completely ignored the actual criticism I provided. Why would I call the manager when it's obvious management is DIRECTING their staff to upsell. I'm not going to call and complain about someone who's just trying to avoid getting told to try harder to get me to spend more. Business people always assume that the people spending their money at their establishment are ignorant of the way it works. I'm taking the time to post this because it's obvious the owner(s) are watching. Uh, why do the budtenders always push the reviews?? They're obviously being told to do that as well, it's not a thing they're all collectively doing because they all think it's fun. They're not a hive mind. Stop dismissing genuine criticism and don't blame it on your sales team. They're not the ones getting rich off these transparent tactics
