⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was a little nervous walking into PurLife because I didn’t know much about marijuana, but Rebecca immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. She took the time to get to know my needs, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and recommended products that were perfect for me. Her excellent customer service and genuine care completely blew away my expectations. Thank you, Rebecca, for making my first experience such a positive one, and thank you, PurLife, for having such an amazing team! I’ll definitely be back.

Stopped by today to grab some flower. Maliyah and Rebecca were more than helpful! They provided accurate info regarding any product I asked about. I’m new to Farmington and thankful to have ran across such an awesome place with amazing service (believe me I did my research before arriving) and these girls were on point. They even hooked me up with a first timer discount! Will definitely be back! Thanks girls! Stop by and check them out!

This Purlife location has become one of the most unprofessional dispensaries I’ve ever dealt with. Malia and Rebecca consistently show poor customer service and a complete lack of professionalism. Malia does not know her marijuana strains, yet pretends she does, which is frustrating and misleading for medical patients who rely on accurate information. Rebecca, the store manager, is no better. Her attitude and behavior make it clear she cannot manage herself, let alone an entire store. It’s no surprise the customer experience is so poor under her leadership. Both of them openly talk about patients/customers in front of others, which raises serious concerns about privacy and HIPAA expectations. On top of that, I received a voicemail from Malia saying that my parents and I were banned — completely uncalled for and handled in the most unprofessional way possible. This location also never participates in promotions or holiday deals like other Purlife stores. The district manager has already been contacted because this behavior is unacceptable. Medical marijuana patients deserve respect, privacy, and knowledgeable staff — none of which you get here.
