  As a visually impaired medical patient, I had a very frustrating experience at Ultra Health in Las Cruces. Getting the tax-free medical patient discount felt like jumping through hoops. The process was confusing, and I was not given clear guidance on what was needed. Instead of making accommodations for patients with disabilities, it seemed like the burden was placed entirely on me to figure everything out. Medical patients should not have to struggle through unnecessary paperwork and repeated verification just to receive benefits they are entitled to. The lack of accessibility and patient support made the experience stressful and disappointing. I hope Ultra Health improves its procedures and provides better assistance for visually impaired and medical patients in the future.

  The medication that they serve is not cleaned properly. Seeds inside the medication, actual human hair is inside of it as well. Be careful on what you guys pick from there

  I went in today with a friend to purchase medicine, but however I had renew my medical card(hearing impaired) and needed to be put into the system. The girl there was either having a bad day or just has a bad attitude (which I don’t believe since I’ve been there in the past). I was told I had to fill out paper work and submit my picture to the store email( again I’ve never done this at any other dispensary or UT on valley). I thought it was strange and started yo ask question, instead I got attitude all the way and we made our purchase without my medical card. So the transaction is done and wasn’t interested in any other services at the time and proceeded to leave. She said something but I couldn’t hear her but I definitely felt an unwelcome customer when I was simply trying to update my credentials for the future… sorry if i couldn’t hear you if i miss something as well.
