This is the nicest dispensary I have ever visited with the best selection and there is also a glass and vape shop inside. The staff is the best around!

Can't believe there's not one dispensary open early on Sunday in this town.

Dear OASIS Management, I am writing to formally document a serious customer service failure that occurred during my recent visit to your dispensary. The experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and far below the standards expected of a business operating in a regulated consumer environment. During my visit, an employee—an individual presenting with an Italian-style poser mustache—demonstrated consistently poor customer service skills. This employee repeatedly inserted himself into multiple customers’ transactions without invitation or necessity, creating confusion and disrupting the flow of service. Even more concerning, he continued interfering after being off the clock, which reflects a lack of training, boundaries, and operational discipline. This behavior was intrusive, unprofessional, and indicative of a broader customer service breakdown within your establishment. It is clear that this individual lacks the communication skills, product knowledge, and situational awareness required to serve customers respectfully and effectively. In stark contrast, the budtender who was actually off the clock provided the level of service your establishment should strive for. This individual took the time to explain product quality, sourcing, and how items move through your supply chain. Their transparency helped us understand how certain poor‑quality products ultimately reach consumers—an issue that should concern any responsible dispensary. The disparity between these two employees highlights a critical training and leadership gap at OASIS. One employee demonstrated professionalism, product expertise, and genuine customer care. The other demonstrated the opposite. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to OASIS. Customer service is a direct reflection of management priorities, and the issues observed suggest systemic neglect rather than an isolated incident. I urge you to review your training protocols, supervisory practices, and quality control standards to prevent future customers from experiencing similar treatment.
