Today I was in this place and also bought one thing. When I paid for this thing with a card, something went wrong, I paid again. The second time the transaction went through, but the money was withdrawn from the account for two times, the amount was small, 28 dollars

Bought a disposable cdt royal pineapple passing through because I was not from there got back on the road to realize it would not work. Tried hitting the disposable a couple of times the wax came threw the mouth area. I went back the lady tried to help even blew threw it and how hard it was explaining all the different ways I should be doing let her explain as I already knew all of this. Would not give me a new one or offer cash back left very disappointed will never go back again. If I could add pictures of it after I left of how the wax just came back up out the mouth piece I would.

Been great for years but then a problem changed my mind. Went in yesterday and made a purchase. When I got home I discovered a missing piece to a little pipe and a little container of something I was sure I didn't buy. I immediately called and said " hey, this is what happened, got something I didn't pay for and I'm missing something I did pay for." Offered to come back in the next day and swap things out. Chris insisted I return immediately so the product he accidently gave me isn't missing. I'm cool with that and bring it in. Im then met with a complete flip. Claims I stole from him. Who the hell steals and then notifies the place they had something they didn't pay for? Ridiculous. Then he refuses to give me the missing part of my pipe, which was found still wrapped up waiting for me at the front. Then he starts saying he's checking cameras and having the front check the cameras to prove I had gotten my part earlier and then stole something. Holy cow. Narcissistic flip because he thought he'd be in trouble? Not sure. Once footage was reviewed it was obvious I didn't steal anything and my part had been there the whole time. Still gave me problems. Told him I didnt care anymore, I'll buy the stupid part if he won't give it to me. Was a nightmare and all I did was try to be honest and return the crap he gave me but didn't charge me for. This was my last visit to this business. Really is a sad situation. UPDATE: Company has responded without taking any responsibility for the situation or thanking me for my honesty in returning the merchandise they accidently gave me, instead siting "false accusations" against an employee because I claim they forgot to place a part in a bag. This small part costs about $2 and I easily got a replacement the following day. Its said that no good deed goes unpunished but I will keep being an honest person regardless of the actions of a business with no morals or integrity.
