The associate who was working the register on 7/22/26 @ 3:00pm was highly unprofessional he told me to enter my payment card into the reader and it didn’t work so he told me again to enter the card and then told me to agree to the terms of the purchase and when I asked him what the terms were he then told me that they would show up on the screen (which they never did) he told me to press a button and I did and then when it didn’t work again he then blamed me for pressing the wrong button and when I sighed in frustration he then became very hostile and confronted me by saying “is there a problem why you are being hostile” after seeing this unprofessionalism I decided to take my business elsewhere since he apparently has problems running a simple checkout procedure. I recommend taking your 420 needs to a place that has someone a little more chill and experienced running the place ;) and to the owners please check your cameras and audio and you will see that what I am saying is exactly how it was! Talk to this employee he’s losing you business.
