Cailley is a true source of wisdom when it comes to her products. Yes, This is a dispensary, but it is also a beacon of light for the community, drawing people together. You will not get this level of service, knowledge, or friendliness anywhere else but at Realistic health and wellness.

This is a wonderful shop and its very convenient to where i live. Cailley was very patient and knowledgeable concerning her products. She took the time to explain each one to me. I purchased Tincture and gummies. Each was priced as you would expect. Given the experience i received and the knowledge of Cailley, I'll be a returning customer.

I absolutely love this new dispensary! The vibe is very zen and relaxing when you walk in, and I've always been happily greeted by the owner, Cailley, or another employee. Cailley has a vast knowledge of each product and will find you the perfect fit, even if she doesn't carry the product herself, she will recommend a different one. Cailley only carries products that she quality tests herself and supports local companies and cannabis growers. I visit the dispensary weekly and it is constantly growing and getting new products!

Not into Cannabis? There is still an open invitation to be a part of the community wellness events that are offered here, and that deserves 5-stars in my book!
- Susan CichockiMay 4, 2026

You will not & cannot be disappointed !! The knowledge & hands on care her products & services come from years of professional schooling in growing, managing, self-inflicted product testing, continuing research with latest to newest products & therapies, & (Most Importantly) is her soul goal of helping women & men achieve the 'highest' possible results in handling their individual physical, mental & spiritual ailments. I cannot wait to go again to explore my own uncharted treatments in which Cailley will ensure my anxiety will be diminished as to experience the product uninhibited. You see new smoke shop/ dispensaries pop-up on every corner, but 85%-95% of them lack professional degrees, personal 1st hand knowledge & diversity in tested products & Holistic Therapeutics available. Realistic Health & Wellness is recommended by myself, a retired RN who's standards in care, customer service & positive outcomes are usually highly critical. Absolutely Above Average in smoke shop dispensaries.

Super chill place and Cailley is so knowledgeable and passionate. She actually listens to what you’re looking for and gives solid recommendations instead of just pushing products. Prices were fair and the quality was on point. Felt comfortable the whole time—definitely recommend checking them out!
