  Horribly unprofessional manager and staff. Purchased shirts and were told come back and exchange if they don’t fit. In less than 24 hours we returned to the store and were told “all says final”. They were not willing to compromise and apparently have system that is outdated as they “had no way of doing it in the computer.” Will not give them business again!! Zero stars for customer service and personality. Find a new job if you don’t like people!

  It seems management thinks the customer base here is naive, so let me fill everyone in. Charging the exact same price for 'smalls' (popcorn buds) as premium flower is not the industry standard; they should objectively be priced 20% to 40% lower. Additionally, relying on unpredictable 'hype drops' for half-ounces scattered throughout the week, rather than a set schedule, is just generating artificial scarcity. Dropping bulk inventory on a Sunday means you deliberately sat on it all weekend just to manufacture engagement. It masks a clear supply chain bottleneck with convenience store retail tactics. Is this really how you plan to retain an educated customer base?

  This place was the best to get weed but now the percentage of thc went down to between 11% and 18% on the products and they are selling it the same price as if it was when they had 20% thc or higher. Kind of ripping people off that way. I dont pay for weed that doesn't get me high.

  People are always friendly that work here. But they have the best legal weed in the state. This is the only store verona owns that I'll go to. For some reason the employees here are light years better than there other stores. Worth the drive and the experience.

  The place is clean with friendly staff. My only problem is, is that they will go weeks without products. It’s been weeks without edibles to purchase, half OZ and full OZ are non existent anymore. The flower that was promoted at the beginning becomes few and far between for availability. You’re stuck buying eights and that’s really it. Bring back the options for the consumer!

  This business has been going down the drain for a while now. Who Wants to buy just Eighths. I’m sure I could speak for many that I will absolutely under no circumstances buy 4 to 8 eighths Just to get the amount that I need because you refuse to sell anything higher than that. You haven’t been selling ounces for the longest time your THC percentage continues To plummet. I don’t wanna hear any crap that you do sell higher quantities and they run fast like I have seen in your comments to other people’s reviews because I look on that website every single day and you get 1 ounce per month and maybe 4/ 1/2 ounces per month. Whoever is in charge of this business has absolutely no clue whatsoever Let’s keep on adding more dispensaries with no product. Are you care about is Owning as many businesses as possible in this area and you don’t give a shit if they suck or not

  My wife really likes the quality of the product, however there are two main reasons for the 3 stars, coming from the husband who doesn't smoke: 1) Showing ID 3 times is a little excessive and a turnoff (1st when walking through the door, 2nd when paying, 3rd when picking at other counter 20 feet away). May want to review that process and try to make it less of an inconvenience to the paying customer. 2) Never have any product in larger quantity. Nobody wants to keep paying for 1/8oz, when they much prefer buying full ounces at a better deal. If these two issues get addressed, I will definitely change my review, but honestly I am trying to talk my wife into going elsewhere for both of these reasons. May want to take this feedback sincerely from a customer who really likes the product, but sometimes convenience and price take the customer.

  Another nice and friendly store with good prices, though a smaller selection of stuff compared to NY licensed stores. Still a great place, and more local, to visit Very friendly staff, easy to ask questions of and interact with. This is a great place to go to pick up whatever you need, edibles, flower, pre rolls, pens etc.
