Have gone to this store for 2 years now but really can't continue. New front counter girl has had extreme attitude against me & my partner (going in completely separate) past couple days. If you're naturally just pissed off you should find a job not interacting with people. They've also been unable to accept card as payment for MONTHS now, it's becoming annoying always needing cash & seemingly no attempt or plans to change that. Will be going to one of the many other local dispensaries from now on.

The worst dispensary in Brooklyn! Service and product sucks! Will take delivery orders and then just never deliver! No call, nothing. Will also double charge you for orders. The worst dispensary.

Doors were locked at 9:55pm while store hours are supposed to be until 11pm. Customers and employees were inside but the door was locked. No one was there to open it. I was ignored so I went to the next nearest dispensary. I recently moved about a block away and I’m disappointed at the lack of service. Luckily the dispensary on Church avenue a few blocks away was up to par and I’m petty as hell so I’ll walk the extra couple of blocks and avoid this place. If you look at the ratings of other local places they are all above the 4.1 this place has and now I know why.

Too many small issues that might be fine on their own, but together made for a pretty unpleasant experience. The selection was sparse, staff responded “I don’t know” to nearly every question about products, there weren’t any worthwhile deals, and the ATM fee was $3.50. On top of that, there are more professional dispensaries nearby with better service and a smoother overall experience.

Me and my wife had gone to this cannabis shop after work to buy a few items for the weekend. We expected friendly service and clear advice, but instead felt ignored while staff chatted among themselves. When we asked about product differences, the answers were vague and rushed. We also noticed that some shelves were messy, prices were not clearly marked, and the checkout took much longer than expected. By the time we left, we felt frustrated and said we would not return unless the store improved its customer service, organization, and pricing. Overall, the visit as disappointing and unprofessional.

I visited this dispensary, and the experience was poor. I waited 30 minutes, the staff, I believe it was Michael was rude and unprofessional. I did not get clear help with product and question. The store felt dirty and disorganized. The overall price and service did not justify the visit. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

Doorman was not welcoming at all. Dude had an attitude all because I asked if I could step outside to grab a friend after I find out they were open. If it wasn't for my friend, I would have left immediately. Apparently it's too hard to press a button to open a locked door and sit on your ass all day. Can't spend my money in a place where I don't feel welcomed.

I been shopping here a bunch of times in 2025 I’d say I went here at least 50 times so I know that they prices range from $40-$120 but yeah sometimes I go buy an eight and the bud would be so dried up that you could crush it with two fingers. Idk if it was expired of what but that’s a lot of money to be spending if the quality don’t match with the price of product. They need to check their products and make sure the bud has moisture so that it can more potent and give their customers a better experience. Other than that they staff is pretty welcoming and friendly no problem on that end. Just a quality issue for real.

I wanted to be a fan of this place, but it seems like there’s a management problem! Once upon a time this shop had several vendors and products to choose from, that’s not the case anymore. The quality and quantity of offerings has dwindled SIGNIFICANTLY! There have also been some shady offerings (grow classes) that they have marketed to the community that haven’t amounted to much. Go elsewhere - there are other places in the neighborhood that offer better experiences for those looking for it.
