⭐☆☆☆☆ Where do I even begin? This place is a complete embarrassment. I visited on a Monday and before I even walked through the door, I witnessed what appeared to be a manager, believed to be Gina or Gia, standing outside smoking with a staff member while customers and the public were around. Whether you're management or staff, that is not the image a professionally run business should be projecting. Once inside, the situation got even worse. The lack of professionalism was impossible to ignore. Staff seemed more interested in socializing and talking than creating a welcoming environment for customers. It felt disorganized, unmanaged, and completely lacking in accountability. The condition of the establishment was equally disappointing. The odor inside was overwhelming and made the environment extremely unpleasant. First impressions matter, and this place failed miserably in that department. What concerns me most is that ownership may have no idea what is actually happening on a day-to-day basis. If I owned this business, I would want to know that customers are walking away questioning management, professionalism, cleanliness, and overall operations. This review is not written out of anger—it's written because someone needs to pull back the curtain and tell the truth. Based on what I witnessed, there appears to be a serious lack of leadership, oversight, and professional standards. The owners should conduct an immediate review of management practices, employee conduct, and the overall customer experience. There is potential here, but until accountability replaces complacency, don't expect customers to leave impressed.
