Let me start with saying until recently I’ve loved using EZ bud. Quick, easy ordering and delivery and the delivery girl Jess is a DOLLLLL! However after ordering the tub of concentrate WEEKLY. I received one last week that wasn’t smoking nice at all the texture was garbage and it tasted like pure chemicals without getting me high. I literally tried a dab of it to try it because it look weird and then I I tried calling to address this issue because it wasn’t melting or absorbing properly, I also emailed with pictures. And I was met with no resolution and a young girl giving me a lame excuse that her THC MANAGER wasn’t in. I’m extremely upset by this and won’t be returning until there is some kind of resolution for a wasted product.
