Scamming people on the regular. If you enjoy having your money robbed from you then by all means purchase your items from this store. I will not bother buying vape pens or anything from this business! The vape pens, they are always clogged and when you finally get it to come through after damn near popping a lung to smoke it, it will finally work & pop some warm resin into your mouth/against your teeth! Awesome, right??! I bought a dab bar 7/22/26, came back the NEXT DAY with the receipt in hand, in hopes to swap it out for a new one or an even more expensive one, pay the difference if necessary, but I was told because it appears to be “working” that they will not replace it. They don’t have any customer service skills and in it for the money. Figures. Today is the last day I will ever walk in the Seneca falls location for any recreational smoke or cigarettes for that matter! I don’t leave reviews often, hardly ever— but I’m hoping to save someone else from the hassle buying anything from this place. I also purchased a carton of cigarettes about a month ago that just fell right out of the filter. EVERY single PACK of that carton!

Horrible customer service. Stood at the counter and no one acknowledged me. No eye contact, not even a I'll be right with you. There was only 2 other customers. I almost walked out but I drove a bit to get there. So I guess it's time to find a new dispensary.
