A+ service. William and a lady I didn't catch the name of looked for a product I could buy. I was over-stressed after a film. So they were super relaxed! They even helped me with double checking the price. Thanks!

Katie was amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. I regret that the Geneseo location is not closer to me. Can't wait to head back to camp so I can stop again hopefully soon.

Experiences with the newly established Geneseo, NY location: Due to complexities that have since been resolved, correlating the name with the dispensary required more than a typical search query. This is no longer an issue as of the time of this post: 13:52, 04 July, 2026. My initial experience with MJ Dispensary occurred in Rochester, New York. Due to this review being locational, I will only discuss my experiences in regard to the Geneseo, NY location. Upon arriving for my first visit, I was greeted by Will. He, along with another individual for whom I did not acquire a name, assisted me in choosing a product that is similar to an unavailable product (out of stock due to popularity). After a short discussion, I proceeded to checkout. Will and his unknown colleague were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Client support: 10/10 Variety: 10/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Product quality: 10/10 My second visit to the Geneseo location went more smoothly compared to my first visit. By the time I revisited the location, I had already shopped online. The individual who helped me is named Trevor. Trevor is knowledgeable and courteous. As for my second visit, the above ratings of 10/10 across the board remain identical. I do intend to continue shopping at MJ Dispensary. My only suggestion would be to create subtle information boards - nothing large and unsightly - that provide general information about commonly occurring cannabinoids. I believe that the addition of informational bulletins about said cannabinoids can potentially assist myself and others when selecting new products.

Great store with awesome selection of everything from flower to pre rolls to carts and all in ones. Many great brands and they lost all the THC/terpenes which is sweet. My most recent visit I messed up and sent my online order to the wrong location. The employee Will was super apologetic and gave me a bonus preroll as a sorry for the mix up. That is awesome service and doing right by the customer right there!! Thank you Will! Highly (get it?!) recommend MJ in general and I am SO happy they are right down the road now in Geneseo!! No more traveling to Henrietta when I need to re-up my green stash. Thanks again Will and the whole staff for being awesome!!! See ya next time
