I came to pick up my order close to closing time on a summer Sunday of all days! Sabrina didn’t have a care in the world and helped me like there was no existence of time, smiles and all. The customer service at Verilife Buffalo is always top notch because of staff just like her.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Every visit to Verilife has been a great experience, but Sabrina made this one exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. She answered all of my questions thoroughly without making me feel rushed and offered thoughtful recommendations based on what I was looking for. It’s rare to come across customer service that’s this friendly, knowledgeable, and authentic. Sabrina’s professionalism and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The store was clean, organized, and the whole staff was pleasant, but Sabrina truly went above and beyond. If you’re visiting Verilife, I highly recommend asking for Sabrina. She provides the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!
