I thought this was a cool dispensary but I'm thinking different. Call to talk to someone in Plattsburgh but get a call center which may I say was very incompetent. You have a point system for customers to accumulate and use on future orders. I accumulated 23.37 points then one of your employees decided to put 19.91 of my points on July 10 2016 order without my knowledge. Some of your products are not even that great. Not impressed! One other thing how come you answer good reviews but not bad ones? It's just a opinion

Terrible service at this store. I walked in and waited at the line to go to the counter. I stood there awkwardly for about 2 minutes as an employee keeps looking up at me and refusing to acknowledge me or even greet me into the business I’m spending premium dollar at. It’s great to see 4 employees working, yet two are talking the other are looking down at the computer screen. This is all while a customer is awkwardly standing there with no hello, how can I help you or anything. The atmosphere feels tense even when being rung out. With local businesses such as grasshole now in town with cheaper prices and staff that are friendly every time, this is not a good look on Curaleaf. Out of curiosity I looked at all the low reviews on this store and a majority say how hostile the staff are, and few are about the store or the product itself. I do like the product and the store layout. This business would be great, if I didn’t know walking through the door that I would be treated like garbage the entire time I’m spending over 200 dollars here. I hope management takes the time to look at the comments and understand that the big problem in this store is the terrible attitude of the employees. A basic standard of business is to just say hello to customers that come into your store, that is the very first step of customer service that this store clearly does not understand. I will keep all my business at grasshole from here on out as the few times I have come to this location it’s almost comical how hostile these employees are, they don’t have to worry about ending their conversations or get off their phone to greet me or even acknowledge my presence since I will not return. I’m not one to usually write a long review like this out of my time, but I am baffled by the treatment EVERY time I have come to this store.

Quick service, knowledgeable employees, VERY clean looking building. Perfect place if you need medical or recreational ganja, highest quality for this area as well. I usually buy carts and flower but they offer edibles, tinctures, disposables and they have a really nice selection of bongs, bowls, and pre rolls as well. Usually towards the end of the month they offer deals that genuinely surprised me. Got a half ounce for 60 bucks once. Dang good deal, especially for this area where a half ounce usually costs you half your paycheck at other dispensaries. If you're looking around but don't know where to go, I recommend this as your first dispensary because it's the only dispensary I personally trust to give me high quality weed. Which equals a high quality day off! Good deals, good weed, great service.

Was just in there today always friendly. Even today which just wasn't my day everything seemed to be going wrong. They're always professional. I've been a customer off and on for years ❤️ and I plan on being a loyal customer into the future. 🙂

I placed my online order basically as I was pulling into the parking lot . After a quick and friendly check in , I walk to the counter and they were waiting for me. It was 5 minutes from pay now to see you later. With total accuracy.
