They had a great price for some product so I bought a bunch of it for in store pick up. Then I receive a text saying your order is ready for pick-up. When I get there they tell me "sorry we wrote the wrong price and we can't honor that". So then why did you tell me it was ready for pickup? Honestly never going back. They just opened Farmer's Choice a few minutes away I recommend you go there instead. Way better atmosphere and customer service.

I been a long time customer since they this place opened, and only recently have I decided to stop purchasing from these people. I wanted to smoke some weed with some points I had after helping my buddy clean his forest property. I had some leaves and dirt in my hair and I just finished working after 5 hrs. As I am waiting for my weed i see these people laughing at me behind the desk and quietly insulting me. Why would I spend my money in a place that would try to make me uncomfortable when I just want a high. Mind you they know my face and I been there since they opened. So if they are willing to make fun of me like this what does that mean about you as a normal customer. It's just not a vibe anymore can't recommend in good faith. I believe I met the owner and he's cool with some other folks that work there, but I am just leaving my recent experience and I don't want to be judge while I also go try to relax set up a bad mood. Visit at your own leisure, in good faith nah can't recommend. You should feel comfortable when getting weed.

My husband met the owners in passing on a flight he took a while back, prior to opening! He made it his mission to bring me to this dispensary when we came back to NY for a visit shortly after, and it easily became my GOTO spot. They have a wonderful staff, who goes above and beyond to help me to get in and out fast with everything I came for, I cannot say enough about my experiences here. Highly highly recommend, I have yet to be disappointed. We will be back twice a year after the plane lands like clockwork!!
