I go to top leaf every week for my goodies and have never once experienced what I did tonight. I was there around 8:30pm and was looking over the options on the board. Behind me the girl was slamming stuff around and was clearly upset. I said im sorry im trying to decide fast she said it's fine it's just the end of the night and im trying to hurry up. She proceeded to have an attitude as I told her 4 different selections. I then asked how much these prerolls were. She snapped at me and said which ones there are a lot over there. (There was two kinds) i named them and she gave me the price. I said this is going to be two separate transactions she then threw my bags of bud behind her on the counter and said so how am I ringing this up? I love top leaf and will continue to go there bc i won't let one bad employee scare me off but I was completely shocked at how miserable this woman was. I didn't show up 5 minutes before close there was 30 minutes left and I was in there not even 5 minutes. I almost asked for the owners information but decided walking away from her was my better option. I hope her night gets better and hopefully Noone else will be treated like that again.

Been coming here for 3 years almost now but after today I won’t ever come back. He/she working there refused to trade my disposables out because I tried it and it tasted burnt and I called them out on it. I simply asked to trade them for other ones or a refund and the he/she working refused to do so. They 100% just lost my business forever.
