Horrible...took my money....called me 2 hours after scheduled time for appt to get my card..scheduled for 3pm.. called me fir approval at 530 pm ( by that time I was on a flight out of town).....so I wanted to get a call back to get my card...so called store back to get directions as to how to get another call...person who answered the phone could barely be understood...I asked for phone number to call to reschedule appt n did not know what number to call...told me to go to the website to request information...asked what was web site number...said he did not know...asked to speak to a supervisor and said there was not one... then he hung up on me. Sounds like an illegal operation. I am an attorney.. will have investigated by stare attor ey generals office for taking money without providing service. Call to RISE was on June 22, 2026 at 115 pm...person who answered phone at that time just hung up phone rather than provide information.

I recently visited this dispensary for the first time and was extremely impressed with the overall experience. The store was clean, well organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made browsing comfortable and stress-free. Everything was laid out clearly, and the environment felt professional while still being approachable. What really made the visit stand out was the staff. Everyone was knowledgeable, patient, and willing to take the time to answer questions without making me feel rushed. As someone who appreciates good customer service, I was impressed by how attentive and informative the team was throughout my visit. A special thanks to Brett, Ash, and Jordan for going above and beyond. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping customers find exactly what they needed. Their positive attitude made the experience even better. Great selection, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this dispensary to others.

I visited there. I had ordered a pack of pre-rolls and I only received a two pack and as I departed, the delivery guy had a vulgar opinion about me. I don’t think I’ll be ever visiting there again and my pre-rolls. I don’t know something about the seal ( on the pre roll) The adhesive was like barely existing on the pre-roll, which just slid right off very suspect I doubt I’ll be visiting there or ordering any delivery from some man with comments about me-i’d love photos of act of what I’d actually wanted and instead of received not a good shopping experience I think if you’re spending money somewhere, you should have a good shopping experience not have some comments about yourself being heard

Best Medical Dispensary on Long Island. Long Beach NY Gem 💎!! The only thing better than the freshness and quality of the products is the kindness and helpful attitude of every single person who works there! ✌️
