    They never have anything in stock every time i go here..no ounces nothing but eighths usually then they can't tell you when they restock either so you're just in the dark 🌑 drive to Syracuse much more options there.

    This place gets a 2nd star only for the friendly cashier. You are carded at the door, which is fine and understandable, but the guy just stared at me. I waited until he told me what he wanted, but wow it was uncomfortable. Then I walked around what felt like a cannabis museum, with no idea what anything was, no idea where to start. No one to spoke to me or acknowledged me. I finally asked for help from the "bouncer" who directed me to a register. This felt very much like a push to purchase, unable to really ask questions. The cashier was the only personable person, but if I asked any questions, he immediately tried to add it to my purchase. I felt very pressured to buy and ended up with a vaporizer cartridge and battery, which are sold separately in case you didn't know that, which I didn't. Spent $61 for something I'm not sure about, didn't get any product I actually wanted, and felt uncomfortable the entire time. I was also carded by every single person before they would even speak to me despite being carded upon entry. I will not return and will keep trying to find a place that feels friendly and is open to my questions and uncertainty.

    Used to be very good but the mismanagement on their production and distribution side makes me wonder if they're still going to be in business in a few months. Zero selection, zero inventory, and quality/potency is exceptionally low compared to any other dispensary at the moment. 3 stars because until 2026 they had some awesome hand trimmed flower, but unfortunately they no longer even have their trim and proper line in stock at most of their locations. Very sad.

    Amazing location. My first time at any Verona collectve and im glued. These guys are all friendly and very knowledgeable. I will be continuing to return periodically, 100%. Highly recommend.
