Today I must say I am so sad and disappointed to say after almost a year of shopping at this store I will be leaving. It has changed ownership. I have been a loyal customer since day one. The new rewards program is horrible. They no longer stack discounts which makes the loyalty program useless. The product is different. They no longer carry the same product. They have forced me to go down the road to the other dispensary. They have lost my business and I am sure more customers will leave.

Great staff, awsome selection, my friend CJ has been wonderful in helping me with selection. I would be lost without his input. I also like the atmosphere.

Not happy with the new website. The former website was perfect. The new site has less information and products listed not in order of brands. A to Z compared to a mess. More time consuming. Didn’t even work yesterday. Don’t fix whats not broken.

Long time customer since the very first day of their doors opening. Love the atmosphere, the staff, the products. I really enjoyed the loyalty program. Keep doing business with them and you got rewards points for the loyalty program and as you spent more. Your point would grow per dollar spent. I got to the highest tier equating to 2.5 points per dollar spent. Most excellent! Then, I get an email saying the company was bought out and the new owners are getting rid of the point system and forcing long existing loyal customers in to another reward program and you have to start over from the bottom. Being a loyal customer of Beleaf was absolutely meaningless. The new owners do not care about the loyal customers. Every time we picked Beleaf over strainstars, staying loyal to the shop, was absolutely a waste of time. The new owners just screwed us all. They don’t care about the people who picked this shop over the much bigger shop with a wider selection 6 miles down the road in Riverhead. Instead, the loyal customers got told to screw off, start at the bottom again. This is, wrong. You just pushed all of us to strainstars!

Love going to the Calverton store. The people there are awesome to work with. I know they just changed hands. I hope the new owners know how valued the employees are. 😶‍🌫️💜

Great selection and high-quality, tested cannabis. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and the service was excellent. They play an important role in the local community, and for the average consumer, it's a safe, reliable place to shop. My only issue was as a registered medical cannabis patient. I told the cashier I have a medical card, but I was still charged tax (about $13), which should have been removed. It may have been an honest mistake, but as a terminally ill cancer patient, I don't pay cannabis tax, so it was frustrating. Personally, I'll stick with my usual spot, where I can get much more for the money. I was born and raised in Amsterdam, so my perspective is a little different. This isn't a knock on the store—they have great cannabis and a great team. It's just not the right fit for me.
