I honestly can't say enough good things about County Road Cannabis Dispensary. I bought a few vape cartridges, and unfortunately two of them didn't work because of a manufacturer defect. Even the replacement had an issue, but the staff went above and beyond to make things right. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me instead of treating me like I was a problem. Customer service like that is hard to find. I've visited quite a few dispensaries, and this was by far the best experience I've had. If you're looking for a place that stands behind what they sell and truly values their customers, I highly recommend County Road Cannabis Dispensary. I'll definitely be coming back.
