Disappointed with the lack of transparency and poor staff communication. I came in looking for a light, low-tolerance option as an occasional consumer who vapes very minimally. After browsing and speaking with an initial consultant who then walked away, a second representative stepped in to help me. I decided to look at the concentrates/all-in-ones. The shelf had a single price tag next to the display that read "$70 + tax per gram." There were no other prices listed. I asked the second rep *multiple times what the difference was between the various boxes on the shelf since they were the exact same size but different colors. He repeatedly told me, "There is no difference, the only difference is the flavor." Based on his assurance, I picked one and went to the register. My total came out to $105. I was shocked but assumed NY's steep cannabis taxes were responsible. It wasn't until after the transaction was complete and I questioned the receipt that I discovered the rep had handed me a 2-gram box for $90+tax. I am incredibly frustrated for a few reasons: Why did the representative not know (or fail to mention) that the boxes were completely different weights when I explicitly asked what the difference was? Why was there absolutely no price tag on the shelf indicating the price for a 2-gram unit? As a result, I unintentionally overspent by $25+. Worse yet, because I am a very light consumer, 2 grams will literally take me 2 years to finish. Cannabis oil degrades over that long of a period, meaning this product will likely expire before I can even use it up. I also don't want to be tempted to smoke more just because I have this 2-gram pen. Anyway, I came in looking for a pleasant, mindful experience and left completely disappointed, despite there being three representatives working the room. Total lack of training and pricing transparency.

I had a great experience at Sweetlife. David assisted me during my visit, and he was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. He made the process easy, answered my questions clearly, and created a welcoming atmosphere. The store was clean, organized, and efficient, and the overall customer service was excellent. I really appreciated David’s patience and positive attitude. I would definitely come back and recommend this location to others.
