Hands down the best dispensary I've ever visited in the area! From the moment I walked in, Brandon greeted me right away and made me feel welcome. He was friendly, professional, and got me pointed in the right direction immediately. Carissa or something that started with a C a pretty young woman, and Talia and Khary was absolutely incredible! She took the time to answer all of my questions, made excellent recommendations, and genuinely cared about making sure I found exactly what I needed. The manager also went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Had great conversations with Khary & Talia What really stood out was that every single person on the staff was welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. It's rare to find a business where the entire team works together to create such an amazing customer experience. The prices are more than fair, especially considering the quality of the products. You can tell they care about giving customers real value without sacrificing quality. I've been to quite a few dispensaries, and this one is in a league of its own. The outstanding customer service, incredible staff, great selection, and reasonable prices have earned my business for good. I'll be coming here exclusively from now on and won't waste my time going anywhere else. If you're looking for the best dispensary around, Exotic Farms is it. Highly recommend!

Tried calling to ask a simple question. After multiple attempts I was greeted very poorly and then hung up on after asking my question. Never shopped here never will. That was crazy.

I don’t usually take the time to write emails like this, but when a business consistently exceeds expectations, it deserves to be recognized. If you’re anywhere near Brockport, Exotic Farms Dispensary is hands down the best dispensary I’ve been to in the area. From the moment you walk in, the staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely focused on helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. The product quality is top-tier, the selection is well-curated, and the overall experience is professional and efficient every single time. What really stood out to me is the level of customer service—they take the time to educate you, answer questions, and make sure you leave confident in your purchase. It’s clear they take pride in their operation and the quality they deliver. And here’s something many people don’t realize: if you’re ever in need of auto work, detailing, or custom services, make sure you check out Exotic Auto Boutique. You’ll receive the same level of professionalism, attention to detail, and high-quality service that Exotic Farms is known for. It’s rare to find businesses that truly value consistency across different industries—but these two do exactly that. If you’re looking for the best dispensary experience in the Brockport area or a trustworthy, high-end auto boutique in Rochester, you won’t be disappointed. Both businesses set the standard for quality and service in our region.

I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by the owner and one of his associates. He showed me around the store and was really knowledgeable. Not to mention the place looks very professional and comfy in there at the same time. Nod to that. The range of products is fantastic and not overwhelming either. Prices were fair. Got an eighth of 34% THC flower for below market price for that strain. Brockport has a gem. I'll be going back!
