On April 2nd I ordered a delivery and was charged for product I never received. I ordered the delivery because my fiance was in a car accident and our only working car was totaled. I kept checking for refund as i obviously was unable to pick it up. In between my waiting life got busy and having a stroke a few years ago my memory isn’t what it used to be. Anyways, today I finally remembered because I happened to be in Webster now that I am mobile again so I walked in and told them I had a question so someone walked over, I explained my situation and immediately I am being talked to like I am a child, this person is being unbelievably rude to me in not only her tone but also by the way she is speaking to me. I remain calm and acknowledge her attitude with response that well I am irresponsible by deleting emails apparently. She asked for my Id and I gave it to her. I wait patiently and she comes back once again with her condescending attitude stating that they would need physical proof so when I asked her what their policy on how long their refunds usually take to hit, she dismissed my question by stating that because I was outside of the delivery range I should of never been charged in the first place. So ok I was more than fine with coming back with the physical paperwork but then she had to add in. “Well it has been 3 months..so even if you have the proof it’s been 3 months.” So now she’s insinuating that because life got busy and I forgot to call which I fully own. It really doesn’t matter if I bring in the proof that I was charged for product I never received. I have been in many forms of customer service for 17 years. Everything from phone to retail, so I am not one to be rude to people providing me a service. I did not come in there asking for anything, I did not demand anything. I got immediately condescending attitude from one of your employees. And because this was my first interaction with your business, this will ABSOLUTELY be my last, and I will make sure that people hear about my experiences from this place. It’s a shame too, cause it really is a beautiful dispensary.

Being in retail most of my life it's rare that I get those wow that was a nice experience now a days. Well right in our Baytown Plaza we now have an incredible new dispensary. I walked past it twice not even realizing it was one! Inside it's not only beautiful, bright and clean it's special. The big screen TV, the product diplays and all the detailed information with it. Then the staff (Chris) wow felt like back in the early Home Depot days as a manager and speaking to new excited employees. Super friendly, helpful and it never felt uncomftorable or not genuine! I haven't worked in years and I want to work there now after this experince! There's a reason it's so busy already, it's high quality, NY approved and the buisness is nothing but proffesional and caring. My neighborhood just got a whole lot sweeter!

Amazing! They have everything for whatever you need. I love the staff! There is always someone to help and are always super friendly. They always carry the newest and the most iconic/classic brands.Which means better and more potent products to take you to where you want to go. I personally love the hash and terpene infused products. I come here for both health and recreational purposes..so I get everything I need in one stop. So happy they landed here in rochester!
