  I’ve given it time because one or two bad experiences can happen anywhere. I’ve been coming here for around two months now, and it feels like it’s the same experience almost every time. I leave more frustrated than I should. I appreciate having access to the medication people need, but I’m also new to the area, and this is just my personal take and my review based on my own experiences. I’ve lived in other places and I’ve seen it done the right way — places where you actually enjoy going to get your medication because the environment feels welcoming, the staff is pleasant, and the buildings themselves feel clean and inviting. Here, it honestly feels more like walking into a warehouse than a place meant to serve people. The building and presentation just don’t give off a welcoming feeling at all. When customers are spending a significant amount of money here regularly, basic customer service matters. It shouldn’t feel like you’re inconveniencing the staff by walking in the door. I’m not expecting people to act fake or put on a show — I’m just expecting to feel like I’m being treated like a person and not just the next sale being pushed through the line. I also want to be fair because I don’t think this is really about blaming the employees. If employees work in a place where ownership doesn’t seem to care much about the overall experience, eventually people stop caring too. That’s just how businesses tend to work. People take cues from the culture around them. If the people running it are focused mostly on money and not on building a place customers actually enjoy coming to, eventually that shows throughout the whole business. The disappointing part is that when businesses have limited competition, it can feel like there’s not much pressure to improve because people don’t have many options. But once people do have choices, customer experience becomes a lot more important.

  I had a really good experience within my first time. My only complaint was back when I did get some all they had was 99% pure THC. Good old Ray Charles. It didn't do a thing to help me sleep. I was told I had to go to the east side to get a combination of THC and CBD

  Hi priced goods never any decent specials. Staff is not as friendly and knowledgeable as other dispensaries in the state. Most people I know drive right by this place to go to Fargo or devils lake. I wish northeast North Dakota had a good dispensary.

  Atm is always down, lack of selection compared to every other dispensary in the state. Closes earlier, employees extremely unhelpful.

  Just when I couldn't say one good thing about this place,(except a few exceptional employees) they go and totally redeem themselves!!! I should have premium variety for the premo cost! I would rather spend locally so keep the variety and percentages increasing and I don't mind that it's more expensive then the streets. Thanks for making it with it!! Merry Christmas and smoke pot!!! Yeah

  They never have anything in stock and the stuff the do has sat on the shelves for months but they finally put that dry bunk crap on sale. They way over charge you for everything. Levi is so rude and all he cares about and expects is a tip. As the pay it forward jar became their tip jar. On top of them ripping everyone off already. I have been less than .30 cents short. Levi could have used the pay it forward jar because he didnt. There are only grass roots and pure Dakota for marijuana here. The attached picture is typically how their stock looks like and never gets better. They like to steal from us with their outrageous prices.
