They're all the same overpriced severely they need to disappear and how about giving a little feng shui instead of feeling like a jail when you walk in the front door do not support price gouging no one should ever support this drop your prices please; one good thing the actual owner responded to my concerns. Changed my rating.

Horrible set up....too many other places with less hassle. Spend ur money with those who respect customers..unfortunately I lived close an already spent a bunch of money there ....in stead of going there 3 or 4 times a week I'll go somewhere else once a week in the future

I love this place. So much better than the other dispos in Cincinnati. So far I've bought two separate products and both got me super high and lasted a long time. I will be coming back very often. Place is clean, staff are nice, smells like floral bud in there. If I could give 10 stars I would. 🔥🔥🔥

As an out-of-state visitor, I've been to dispensaries across a wide range of markets, internationally in Canada and the Netherlands and domestically in 21 of the 24 legal states. That gives me a solid basis for comparison, and Queen City earns five stars easily. I'll be candid about the selection: it's limited. But that's not on the store. Ohio's market is still young and the state's regulations are tight, so the narrow range comes with the territory rather than reflecting anything the dispensary is doing wrong. What set this place apart was the staff. From the employee at the front desk to the person who wished me farewell at the exit, and everyone in between, this was the kindest, most welcoming group I've encountered at any dispensary anywhere. Everyone was eager to help, but no one hovered or tried to push product. They give you space to browse and come over only when you ask. It's an approach I found refreshing: attentive without being intrusive. The self-service kiosk is a nice touch too, and a credit to the store for streamlining the experience. Ultimately the product and amenities are secondary. The standout was the customer service. These were some of the nicest people I've dealt with in any customer-facing setting. If you live in Cincinnati, this should be your dispensary.

Good sales. Better prices on certain things than alot ive been to. Only thing is the parking lot. One way in one way out. And if theyre parked in the diagonal spots right at the entrance exit only one car can get by at a time and they turn left out so its a little traffic jam sometimes. But good service. Was busy but the wait wasnt but maybe 10 mins maybe 20 all together. But it was close to closing.
