They sold me a cartridge that was burnt from the beginning and it was their own product “Strane” I called and asked for a manager and the employee told me I could come down and they’ll replace it for me, without asking his manager. So I drove 45 minutes to be told by the GM there’s nothing he could do because of “taste” Was also there a week ago, and bought 3 cartridges, and one of them they sold me was the wrong product. Then when I told the manager, the same employee who checked me out, that I had gotten what I ordered and I was wrong. Even though I explained, I know for a fact I didn’t select that one, and they didn’t care. She just kept telling me how I was wrong. So I pulled more money from the ATM and a said just sell me the product anyway cause I still want it, but soon as I mention go ahead and print my online order cause I want to see with my own eyes if I selected the wrong one. Soon as I say that “you know what you did get the wrong product, go ahead and grab it and we can replace it” Very fishy your own management is trying to protect herself from HER mistake, costing me more money in ATM fees and making me feel stupid. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here, and I will never spend another cent. I also find you guys to be the biggest disgrace to the Garcia Family, you don’t deserve to grow or sell their products. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I placed an online order at the Aliquippa, PA store. Went to pick up and I noticed that 2 of the items ordered were not at the correct advertised discount. And they were both not listed as Excluded. I asked the bud tender to look into that and she looked me dead in the face while shaking her head No and said that they were told by the higher ups that they were supposed to go by the price that it says on the menu. So I then proceeded to say that I should have went to the Cranberry, Pa location because their menu price is listing the correct 35% off rather than the incorrect 20%. I pulled it up on the website on my phone, showing her the Cranberry menu with correct pricing and she looked at me again shaking her head no. She said yeah well we were told about this from higher ups. I said ok, paid for my items and walked back into the foyer area to exit and stopped by the front desk and asked the woman working there as to why this is happening with the wrong price from the advertisement. She said hang on let me go see if I can find out and I told her that I can literally hear the bud tender in there talking about me saying well then go to Cranberry if you wanna drive out there. At that point, I am beyond upset. A few minutes go by and another employee comes out and says well yes it was a glitch with the system here. I said well are you going to fix it? And she started off by saying well next time and I cut her off and said no I would like the money refunded to me and then I changed my mind and purchased additional product at the 35% discount. Ashley is a part of management. I am floored because how dare a part of management sit there talking about me when I can clearly hear her and to be the one who was clearly mistaken! I was apologized to by the other employee and was told “It’s been a rough day” and I replied well I’ve had a “rough day” as well. This experience sure did not fit with Team Green and did not give a stress free experience for me, the consumer. My last thought is I wonder how many times this has actually happened to me before I started looking to make sure the price was right with the advertisement and I wonder what they do with such overages at the end of the night? Very disappointing.

good staff and location, and great stuff! only thing that i would say badish is that there’s a tricky line/queuing process, so if its busy you are more likely to be skipped, so going when it’s not busy is best!

GREAT STAFF!!! Always a good deal, and well stocked too :) Changing my rating - when you order online the price should be the same when you go to pick it up. 3 times now the price has jumped up and they’ll saw well the website wasn’t updated when you ordered. It was another days sale - ummmmm I’m ordering a product with a price and submit my order. 28 minutes later I pull into the location to pick up and the price jumps. Ridiculous
