I can only speak for myself but I have had the best experience with the people who have the responsibility of helping us. I believe if you prepare ahead of time if possible it makes your experience easier and faster. As with any other place if this nature business eves and flows patience is key.

I gotta give a shout out to Hannah. I've been coming here for the last month and she is there almost every time greeting me with a big smile in front or helping me pick out what I want in back. I've had some not so great budtenders here my first 2 visits and it almost made me run away but she got me one day and helped my girlfriend pick some stuff out and joked with us just giving the best vibez. There are times you go in and can tell there's a funk with staff and people are yelling in the back or yelling at budtenders (other reviews bring this up and I'm not gonna say it doesn't happen) but most of them handle it well or just focus on their customers and vibe which I can appreciate as a server who's used to having my kitchen bitching. Overall, the best deals are here and at least one of the best budtenders I've encountered in the city.
