The staff was not knowledgeable or helpful. The prices were high. The items on display are not in stock/ the items in stock are not on display. The checkout is awkward. They do have cannabis for sale, so 2 stars.

One star for wait time. This is unacceptable. An hour for service. No it has a wide selection but I won’t be doing this again. If I absolutely have to have some thing from here I will on line it. Never in store again. What is going on? Are the employees underpaid and very worked?

Decent selection. Staff is nice. But the wait time for the line is literally unacceptable and unconscionable for any business trying to maintain itself as a professional business. I have almost run out of gas waiting more than an hour in line and I'm still in line right now as I type this, I put my order in hours ago. So no, after I pick up my order I will never be using this location ever again. If your pre-order system cannot handle this, don't have it. Make that one star. 35 miles of gas moving nowhere. 1 hour 30 minutes to get through 9 cars. That is incompetent. My order wasn't ready. I'm not kidding.

I genuinely like this dispensary. The staff is friendly, the products are great, and the prices are competitive. Unfortunately, the drive-thru has become such a logistical nightmare that I’m starting to avoid coming here. On multiple occasions, the drive-thru line has wrapped completely around the parking lot, making it nearly impossible for customers to even park and go inside. Once you’re committed to the line, you’re trapped. If you try to park instead, you can end up blocked in by the drive-thru traffic. Tonight was the third time this has happened. I attempted to park and go inside, saw the store was packed, turned around to leave, and by then cars had filled in behind me. It took me roughly 20 minutes just to back out of my parking space because the drive-thru traffic completely blocked the lot. A drive-thru is supposed to improve convenience, but I’ve previously waited over an hour in it, and tonight the line was even longer. Whatever is causing these backups - whether it’s order processing, staffing, or the layout - the current system simply isn’t working. I want to keep shopping here because the employees are wonderful and the products are consistently excellent. But the traffic flow has become so frustrating that it’s making me consider going elsewhere. I hope management takes a serious look at improving the drive-thru operation and parking lot because it’s overshadowing an otherwise great dispensary.

They used to be great. Place has went downhill quickly. 45 minute wait times in the drive thru with 3 people in line. Even longer wait times if you go inside. The dispensary next door you can pretty much walk right in with no wait.

Avoid this dispensary at all costs. Absolute nightmare getting in and out. Many many employees and operations are like running into a brick wall. They need to streamline their operations instead of checking out 2-3 customers an hour. Do not go.

Worst dispensary I’ve ever been to, the whole idea of having two areas is not a vibe, even if you order online you still have to wait behind a line of people taking their time figuring out what, or the staff is just slow, don’t go here unless you have over a while to wait.

The store is great and so are the people working there. But I’ve finally had enough of waiting an hour minimum EVERY time I try to pick up an order. The drive thru is pre-orders only, I seriously have no idea how and why it can possibly take as long as it does. If you pull up here and there are more than 3 cars in the line, just save yourself the frustration and go home.
