I am very unhappy with this dispensary. I noticed that the amount I paid today didn’t add up to the discounts they offered on their site. I noticed they charged a $24 non medical charge on their receipt, so the 20 percent they were showing on their website is not correct. When you factor in this charge, I am now saving 10 percent. I am not the smartest person, but I don’t think that is ethical business practice. Sad that this has been such a money grab with this charge, and the high taxes.

I had an enjoyable conversation with Ian at Story Cannabis in Dublin. He manipulated the electronic menu quickly in a fluid manner. His product knowlege was up to date. I chose products he recomended because I trust this man. Ians customer service skills are over the top. He didn't learn these skills, this is who he is!

This was my 3rd time making a purchase here. Every time was a pleasant experience, especially my 1st time when I wasn't sure what to expect or what to do once there. All staff have been very helpful and friendly. I will definitely continue to shop here.

As an out of stater with a medical card I looked at a few different places to restock since I could not bring my own and had to buy as a recreational consumer. Got in and out quick, the gal at the front desk was super nice and the budtender Madison was super helpful when it came to choosing something that I actually needed instead of just trying to make a sale. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the parking lot needs redone and there are some major tire eaters you have to avoid. Would return again the next time I am in town and recommend to others.
