I came here when they first opened to check out prices, jumped all the hurtles and obstacles they required, fastforward to my 3rd visit where they wanted me to re-fill out paper work and run my name through a database of Leafify and I got angery telling them they only run my name through the Ohio medical program and Ohio stuff no other shopping sites where I was in there for over 10 to 15 minutes got my License back and left. Yesterday I called and asked if I had to do all this the chick said she was sorry and helped me with what she could over the phone. I showed up and it was less then 2 or 3 minutes they had me back there and had me out the door with in the 15 minutes of pissing me off the last time. You guys did way better this time I commend you this time around but maybe get the budtenders to be more interested in the types of THC I wanted and my mind went blank while getting back there tell him I wanted capsules and the highest he had where he never asked if I wanted Indica for sleep or Sativa which I wanted the sativa and stuck with the sleeping ones that I won't use. I ended up buying a two 4 packs of shots other than that I give this go around a C+ could have been an A+ if he would have asked which strain I wanted.
