Went to go pick up and order. They are out of wifi. Not too sure when it’ll be back up. Could be worse though. Just glad that they were commutative about it and upfront. Will wait until tomorrow or whenever the order is ready. I am not in a rush. Hopefully you guys get wifi back.

People are nice but weird payment system. No credit cards accepted, if you pay with a credit card there is a $3 fee as well as a mandatory Roundup surcharge? Ask for a receipt to see that was actually paying for she ripped off half the receipt handed me the other half.

Been to this one a few times, mostly great interactions. The house brands are excellent, and if you go on the right day a great deal. Last time I went, did witness a tense interaction between one of the staff and a customer that made me uncomfortable. My budtender was great, but the guy next to me was loud and talking on his phone. No-no in the dispo line. My issue was the stafff member who handled the customer actually made me feel uncomfortable. He began arguing with the customer, by the end both men were cursing, right beside me. I know he was doing his job and everyone should know not to be on their phone in line, but a tad more de-escalation training might be in order. Never been treated bad myself, but might not be going back to soon.
