FIRST TIMERS AVOID. Worst dispensary experience of my life. If I could give 0 stars, I would. First, wasted 30 minutes for a text telling me my online order was ready. Spoiler, your order will still go through online, but if you aren't already registered with them, the text saying it is ready will never come and you will be left waiting endlessly. Finally I went inside to ask and found out that I had been waiting for no reason. Yay. Lastly, I was warned inside about open container law, and I thanked the cashier for letting me know about it. In the parking lot, I opened the vapes and put them away in my bag. Then I was using my GPS to route my next destination, when an employee, and what I assume was essentially a bouncer, told me that I had to leave the property because I had opened the vaporizers - even though I put them away. I told them I apologized for misunderstanding the law and was just trying to route my next destination on my GPS. Their response was essentially, "We don't care, get off our property, or we are calling the police." That left me more than a little shocked. So I left, with no destination in my GPS, and waited until the next parking lot, so I could pull into to use my GPS. (I don't like to use my phone when I drive.) I understand that they have to protect their business. But the vaporizers were out of sight in a bag, and I was not, nor was I planning, to use them on property. Their response just seemed overly aggressive and left me feeling awful about the entire experience. If you are a regular and follow their rules, I am sure it is a great experience. But for newcomers who don't understand how things their work, you will probably waste your time and possibly harassed of the property by their employees.

You can't manually enter your DOB to access the crap website. You instead have to back scroll through a calander from the current date all the way back to the year and and date of your birthday! I was born in Jan 1979. That's 560 finger swipes before you can see the menu. Made it to about 2012 and and decided to place my order w/ Greenleaf in Struthers. Was done in 5 minutes. So I actually never made it to the store, and never will if they don't make it easier for customers to shop online

Wonderful experience. After being put through the ringer by Green Leaf Therapy, this place restored my faith in humanity. I'm extremely grateful for the people who were working there when I visited.

Garbage don't waste your time and don't buy anything anywhere that doesn't post the lab numbers

It takes 5-10 min for a web developer to add a "year" arrow next to the "month" arrow in the widget used for age verification. Why do you expect people to tap a million times through every month to get from the current day to their birth year decades prior? I was going to shop here but the site alone already shows how little you value the customer experience/ease of access

Doors locked 8 minutes early. 😑 what’s the point of a closing time if you don’t follow it. I could have saved myself a 30 minute walk

To be honest I think they use some of product for selling to the public or unless what I buy burns up way to fast

RJ at the front desk and David behind the counter were so absolutely amazing, they made my experience so special it 100% beat any other service i have had here. Not only did both of the two gentlemen answer EVERY single question out of the 100 i had for them. But they knew exactly what to recommend, as well as having tons of knowledge behind the specific deals. Thank you David for the really nice conversation. Before closing and i was NOT rushed AT ALL!! And thank you RJ for being so nonchalant, and pure vibesss bro. Absolutely spectacular service, if i could rate 10 stars i most definitely would. CHEERS!!
