Really was inconvenienced last visit!!! 🙄
- HonestReviewerJuly 26, 2026
7-25-26 around 1 pm. I bought a cartridge and found out it was defective, because it was leaking. I am giving a one star for the way they handled the situation. I brought it back inside the store 5 minutes after purchasing it and I told them it was leaking and defective but he refused to replace the item even though it states on the receipt defective or quality issues will be exchanged up to 45 days after purchase. The guy I spoke with about the issue was not professional about it and did not resolve my issue. I contacted the company and they have written up a report, alsogave me the Ohio State regulations phone number for dispensaries. I will be calling them Monday.

By far the best dispensary in the area. The staff there will remember you by name, remember what products you got last, and no matter the line, take the time to make you feel welcomed and value your time by answering all of your unanswered questions!

Interesting set up. I've never seen the kiosk ordering system before. It's kind of cool, but it's better interacting with a real person. That way you can get recommendations, and ask questions if you have to without raising your hand like you're in school. Not knocking it, but not my preference is all.
