This was my first time visiting this dispensary and I was very impressed! The customer service was on point and our budtender absolutely knew what he was talking about and helped us find exactly what we wanted. He also showed us all of the specials they currently had and gave good advice on what products would suit our needs. There was no wait and we never felt rushed. This is a great dispensary and I will definitely be back!!

First time customer, person was very helpful, knowledgeable about products helped pick out what I was looking for. Atm caps at 500$ so make sure you bring all your money with you as cash only business. Lot of tax to be factored in if you were unaware there are 3 different ones.

4th time going to this place and by far the best one in ohio . Great selection , friendly knowledgeable staff. The cheech and chong is rhe freshest green i ever got from a dispensary.

Giving a 3 star because the place is huge and the inside is nice and unlike Queen City, you can see the stuff on display which I like. This place has a lot of options. I can't vouch for the inside order placing as I placed an order online for curbside pickup. Ordering was easy online but I never received any email with my order or a text with updates. I arrived and as soon as I pulled in and parked, I received a text and email saying it was ready. Still no order or price listed so the guy had to walk back inside to find out what I owed. They should put signs up directing where to park for curbside also as you can't see any of that when you first pull in the lot and they're on the complete opposite side of the lot.

I just wanted to leave a review about the wonderful experience I had this morning. It started when I was helped by Madison, who was incredibly helpful and very patient with my questions, I was really happy with the service. Madison helped guide me through my order and was very educational about why she would recommend what she did, based on what I was looking for. I did not feel rushed at all. I’m newer when it comes to going to dispensaries and have only been to less than a handful of them. I’ve been to this one only a couple of time and she really helped make this a very educated and wonderful experience. I recommend this place to others!

Loved the shop when they first opened. No discount on concentrates anymore is pretty crazy. No longer worth the convenience. When you start coming down on prices or start giving decent discounts days again I'll change my mind. Until then Queen city will be getting my business.
